MJ – Care Coordinator

I have been working alongside animals for the past 17 years. I started out at the Animal Humane Society where I was their lead CS rep, veterinary technician, surgery technician, and behavior technician. During that time I learned about animal behavior and different approaches in managing some of the not so ideal behaviors in our pets. From there, I worked at Minneapolis Animal Care and Control as an Animal Control Officer for several years and became NACA certified and became a master at verbal jujitsu. I have always had a passion for animals, and the bond that is created. I have found I am most happy speaking with clients about their concerns, answering their questions, or pointing them in the right direction. I have 2 kiddos who keep me on my toes!  I have 3 dogs of my own – a Rottweiler, German Shepherd, and a Rott/Shep/Cattle Dog mix They are my joy and are amazing pets. When I have a spare moment, I enjoy relaxing in the backyard, walking, or exploring a new trail with my family.
