Do any of these statements describe your dog?

~ Your dog screams bloody murder when you leave
~ Your dog is destructive and destroys your furniture
~ Your dog whines and cries when you are in another room
~ Your dog breaks out of his/her crate and cannot be contained

~ Your dog panics and drools when you leave
You and your dog are not alone!
The above list comprises some very common and normal behaviors for anxious dogs. And it’s normal for anxious dogs to have multiple symptoms. Most dogs are wonderful 98% of the time, and do really well at home, but they can have certain triggers that increase their fear and anxiety. Separation anxiety is a panic attack, not a behavior, so focusing on changing your dog’s emotions and building his/her confidence is key.
Have you ever done an online search for a dog training video? Have you searched Youtube or Google to try and diagnose your dog on your own? Do you post on your social media asking questions about to handle certain behaviors? Do you ask your vet behavior questions? Now you can have your own personal dog behavior consultant and you can get all of your questions answered. The in-home dog training program is a great option, and the online training gives you more flexibility with budget and schedules. Today’s technology makes it easy for me to be in your living room either way, and you still get the same helpful dog training!
My Separation Anxiety program consists of in-home or online sessions with you and your dog over the course of 4-6 months. I want every dog and pet parent to be able to get positive, force-free behavior modification regardless of budget or geographical location. I started doing remote consults on the phone years ago, and now we have the luxury of online video chat.
We can meet every 2, 3, or 4 weeks depending on your schedule and your needs. My goal is to give you enough time to work with your dog and implement all the needed behavioral and environmental modifications to be successful. I also provide support in between appointments by emails, phone calls, and online meetings. The initial session is about 60-75 minutes, and subsequent sessions are about 50-60 minutes… It all depends on the dog. Three Session Minimum.
My program is comprehensive, practical, positive, and successful. In order to provide the best possible care for your dog, I develop an individualized behavior plan for you and your dog. I strive to help decrease your stress by giving you the tools to help your dog, increase your confidence as a dog/parent team, decrease your potential liability, and help you give the best quality of life to your dog. I do not use or condone any punishment-based methods, such as shock, prong, or choke collars, so you don’t need to worry about hurting your dog in order to teach him or her.
